Working with vendors isn’t simple—you need to know which supplier, service provider, or manufacturer makes the most sense for your business, and more importantly, why. Budgeting, timing, and long-term investment planning all come into play. Vendor coordination and operational partnerships are where things get messy fast—and that’s exactly where I come in.
My goal is to help early-stage service startups figure out whether their business model actually works—before they sink time and capital into something uncertain. Through targeted research, cost modeling, and operational scenario planning, I help founders stress-test their ideas and clarify their next steps.
If we walk away with a clear “yes, this model makes sense,” great. If the answer is “no,” that’s just as powerful—because now we know. My job isn’t to build the dream for you—it’s to help you figure out if the dream is buildable.
